The company ensures that its workplace is well-maintained regarding sterilization, lighting, heating, ventilation, and protection from fire, accidents, injuries, and hazardous substances. We maintain a harassment-free, non-discriminatory, and child-labor-free environment.

In addition to our internal efforts, GELENCO actively engages in corporate social responsibility initiatives. These include providing medical services for employees, organizing blood donation drives, planting trees, supporting post-retirement welfare programs, and promoting clean air and water for the community. The company has taken steps to reduce its environmental impact by fully powering its factory with solar energy, and eliminating reliance on generators and their associated fumes and noise.

To further support the community, GELENCO offers emergency first aid training and free ambulance services. We are dedicated to upholding our social responsibilities while fostering a safe and positive environment for both our employees and the community.

Community Services

GELENCO has sponsored Rescue 1122 to establish its station in Sialkot, as a part of our commitment we are continuously supporting the institution to provide its beneficial services to the locality nearby.

Supporting Underprivileged

GELENCO has supported underprivileged Children in fulfilling their dreams. We are providing financial support and trying to fulfill their needs for Education. Gifted bags to school/college going children of SOS Children Village Sialkot

Supporting Wellbeing

GELENCO is striving to increase wellbeing of its locality. As a part of this we are financing a major extension in Civil Hospital- Sialkot. This initiative will benefit 400,000 people of around 100 villages for facilities like Trauma center, General OPD, Surgical Ward & State of the art multipurpose Operation Theater, Gynecology Ward, and Child Intensive Care Unit.

Plantation Drive

GELENCO has donated thousands of plants to nearby areas to reduce carbon footprints and to enhance awareness about environmental sustainability.

Blood Donation Camps

GELENCO To support blood donation for Thalassaemia, hemophilia, and blood cancer patients, GELENCO organizes blood camps annually for Foundation. Our employees enthusiastically participate in this initiative.
